Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Clear images or video proof are provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

  • Electrical or electronic parts unless defective on arrival

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal value, subject to availability and inspection approval.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for approved cases.

  • Processing time is 7–10 working days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to an error from Jannat Auto Parts. Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
