Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within Pakistan only.

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Cash on Delivery orders may require verification before dispatch.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 7-14 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

  • Any additional charges for remote or special delivery areas will be communicated to the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once the order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, subject to courier availability.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • Jannat Auto Parts is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or video evidence.

  • Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been dispatched.

  • Address changes must be requested immediately after placing the order.
